For me, purchasing a car is a once-a-decade deal and it's pretty simple: I buy a car, take care of it, drive it until the thing falls apart and then start anew. Sometimes the car purchasing process ranks up there with visiting the dentist, in that you have to go and do it eventually, but cringe through the process.



To my surprise, I did not cringe at all through the process of buying my new vehicle with Renee. He was more than just my sales rep, and as someone who also works in sales, I appreciated Renee’s relentlessness and tenacity to meet my needs. Now, does Renee steal all his "funny" material from last night's episode of Leno? Absolutely. Along with his charm and humor, it was Renee’s doing-whatever-it-takes follow-through that got him the deal. Renee pulled every favor to find me my A3, even when supplies were kaput (that's German for "nada", NOTHING). So just when I thought I was going to have to keep searching Austin or even further, Renee quarterbacked this to reality, for he knew I was hell-bent on getting an A3. I did, however, recommend to Renee that he needs to mix-in some viewings of Conan & the Daily Show to spice-up his witty material. 512-721-9234

When I bought my used Volvo XC60 R Series from Renee, I had no idea that the customer care did not end there. First of all the pricing on my new car was the best in the Austin. Renee works all hours of the day and week, so no matter what question you have, he gets back to you quickly. He has a no nonsense approach to working with customers that's refreshing when compared to the game playing we encountered at many of the other dealerships in the area. To top it off I got exactly the car I wanted with an amazing finance rate. AND I HAVE TERRIBLE CREDIT !!! Renee! Renee! Renee! I have been to many dealerships over my years of living. I have never met a staff or a sales guy like Renee. I have never been treated better, felt like I have gotten a better deal, or left a more satisfied customer. The sales team was not pushy and the GM was involved in the whole experience. The dealership was beautiful and had a comfortable waiting area. I would recommend this Renee to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. You will not be disappointed. The financing process has always proved to be the most stressful in my past experience, especially now with my divorce and credit situation but Renee, they catered to my needs and made it as quick and painless as possible. Yes, this is a great company to do business with! Here’s the thing, you don’t have to BUY a vehicle from these guys, they actually help you with the financing if that’s what you need!! Yes, they recommend Randolph Brooks (maybe they’re affiliated?) but maybe they actually care about helping you and getting you in a car – that’s the feeling I had every time I’ve been there. The only drawback is the hours. Not really sure when they close?? Calls haven’t been returned after 6 at times, but overall a good experience.

My husband and I just had a great experience with Renee' In Austin, and we are so happy with our new Veracruz! We had been in the market for months for a new SUV. Last Winter when it snowed here, I got into a minor wreck in my Mitsubishi. Frankly, when we got the car fixed after the wreck, it never seemed the same. So we started looking for a new SUV. It turned out that the Hyundai Veracruz was the perfect SUV for us and our kids…except that we kept running into bad dealers when we wanted to buy! Games Galore! My boss purchased a Hyundai Genesis thru Renee and told me to go check him out. Obviously we did and we purchased our new SUV thru Renee' In Austin. Very strong recommendation!

I wouldn’t consider myself an easy customer.I was meticulous and did a lot of research. I visited every damn dealership in the area, repeatedly. Renee was the ONLY SALESPERSON that actually really cared about helping me. He knew I was tired and worn out from visiting other dealerships and was actually able to predict what sales tactics he would use but Renee went above and beyond, every step of th...e way.



I spent over 4 hours with this guy and I have never met a more honest, straightforward salesperson. He never hesitated to show me information or give me things in writing. He even asked me why I wanted certain features on the car, and for some of them, told me not to waste my money. He gave me advice too, describing how he takes care of his credit and how to refinance.



All in all, Renee got me the best price and the best possible service in Austin, and offered the best experience at the same time. He stayed after hours with me (I’m on a weird schedule) and even gave me a bunch of local restaurants he thought I’d enjoy (I’m new to the area). I would recommend you educate yourself (which you should do before entering any dealership) and make calling Renee your first stop.

I can't put it in words what Renee' did for me. He gave me a ride to the dealership, was willing to listen and follow through, and just overall very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand everything about financing now the next time I'm shopping. That will be even better. Everything was always done up properly and according to great standards at the credit union as well !!

We are very happy with the service and the loan I got with the help from Renee! He came highly recommended and he in turn introduced us to this credit union. I wasn't originally looking for a new car but I happen to be driving through Austin and past his dealership when a few of their cars caught my eye. This review is for Renee (in Austin,Tx) . We were so relieved with Renee, with everything going easily in financing. I love my Charger, and was not pushy and the transaction went smoothly and he showed us how buying a new car is supposed to go. Other dealers (salespeople) would promise things would go down one way in financing and the financing guy would come up with paperwork that was nothing like the salesperson promised so you would have to start all over again.
