We had a fantastic experience shopping for a new sofa and chair! Jim was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We will definitely be back and will also be recommending The Dump to our friends and family!

Absolutely terrible service. Store manager completely rude. The next day after a purchase we left several messages on exchanging a brand new piece for a different size. The store manager refused to call us. We went in person and found him on his cell phone. He didn't want to give us the time of day and refused to work with us despite the 1 800 customer service number saying it could be done. Very rude.

This was our first visit to The Dump. I was a little hesitant after reading so many negative reviews on Yelp but our experience was excellent. We had a number of sales people stop and asked if they could be of help. They answered our questions but didn't hover . We bought a dining room table and 6 chairs and our salesman, Shad, was most accommodating and pleasant. We will certainly go back!

Item we bought was exactly what we wanted and at an excellent price.

We LOVE our new living room furniture! Everyone at the store was polite and professional. When we went in we were not sure what we wanted to do and they gave us enough space for us to decide on all new furniture instead of just a new chair.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseLet's hope this new bed mattress I ought at the Dump is better than the one I purchased 4 years ago :)) That one had the pillow top glued to the rest f the mattress and it melted and came apart on a move. I hope this sales rep is more reputable than the first one. I gave it a 5 since I love the mattress but if it fails on another move, I'll be back to scream at the management. Just saying' ....

Good selection. Not enough room for negotiation, I've left several times because we were not reaching agreement on prices. Way too many sales people hounding me, annoying. Joe Driscoll is fantastic to work with, as is the store manager Jason. I'll be back, hopefully prices get better and the other sales people back

The Dump has came through and gave us full credit for the leather love seat that

faded so drastically within a year. We were told they would not repair it, but once I

went down with the furniture I was given a full credit! If you have a problem ask for

a manager because customer service wasn't very helpful
