Asked why they would send a small truck for a move, the owner screamed at me then the movers threw our belongings in the street and told me and my 8 year old crying daughter to have fun.

I would recommend Soft Touch Moving and Packing. The whole experience from a quote with Lisa ans the move with Scott and Mike was flawless. We did a local move of furniture only, 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, sun room and media room. Price quoted at 1,120.00. Everything was wrapped, disassembled and loaded with great care before lunch. After lunch, it was time to unload and reassemble. Again, flawless. At the end of the move, we even asked them to move the biggest piece (of course) from one wall to another. They didn't even hesitate. Actual price 790.00!
They are all young men, but work professionally and with honesty and integrity in a way beyond their years. You are in good hands and don't need to stress about anything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Scott and Mike , very pleasant young men, arrived on time and got right to work. They looked over the area before starting to decide the best plan of action and got the truck loaded in no time. They took great care to make sure everything was protected during the move and everything arrived in the same condition as it left which was no easy task given the twists and turns my stairway has.  I would highly recommend Soft Touch Moving and Packing for any kind of move big or small.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the initial call,Lisa was amazing! She broke down how there moving process works and gave me a lot of valid tips I wouldn't have thought of. Tip that greatly helped my move go smooth! On moving day the crew was amazing! They were very polite,did a walk thru with me to get a scope of the job. They got right to work and had me loaded in three hrs! The wrapped all my fragile antique furniture and took extra special care of my grandmothers Harlequin grandfather clock that is over 100 years old. They completed my move in record time and didn't scratch,dent or ding a single thing! The price was right on,just as Lisa explained not a penny more! This is a stand up company and I will recommend this to friends and family!

Scott,Mike and Mathew are moving assassins! They took on my me and my sister and a 25 year old inherited storage unit! These guys killed it! It was dirty and a very tedious process. Thank you for taking on such a odd job!

"Soft touch moving exceeded our expectations with extreme punctuality and professionalism" We were blown away with the amount of care they took to make sure everything was protected. They packed & labeled boxes,crated our canvas art and packed glass blown art in large boxes with Styrofoam peanuts.They marked everything with fragile tape. The crew was extremely friendly and personable,which made it much more comfortable in a acward situation. Having strangers in your home. I will use soft touch moving again in a heart beat and will recommend them to anyone who needs moving,packing or installations.

These guys were terrific today on our grueling 3 bedroom home! Mitch, Patrick & Steve were professional on time with a great attitude! They padded all our furniture and protected everything with plastic. They had to move everything into our new home up a 70 degree,45 ft.driveway.they didn't blink a eye. They were very creative on coming up with a efficient way to move the items up the hill. They showed great teamwork skills while maintaining a positive outlook on the situation. These guys love there job and it showed! WOW! What a great job! I will be referring them to family and friends.

These guys were on time and efficient! From the very first phone call I placed, they were professional from start to finish! They packed and moved my grandmother's China cabinet and gracefully into there storage. I've never seen such a display of customer service! I'm impressed and anyone who appreciates over the top service, these are the guys for the job!

The gal I spoke with on the phone was very nice and she was vey helpful in my situation. The crew showed up on time and the loading went extremly well! They had us loaded in half the time we expected all while wrapping furniture,glass and art in blankets. What a amazing displayed proformance!! The teamwork these guys have alone makes them so efficient it made me feel as if i was at a broadway show inside my own home!! They were polite,well mannored and took all there trash with them. I wont be moving again but if your looking for a pleasnt move that your belongings wont be boken,this is the company to go with!

My husband and I have used many movers over the years and Id have to say that soft touch is exactly that " a soft touch" I have never met such kind,gentle,strong men before! They were on time padded all my glass,pictures,TVs,furniture. Scott organized the entire move and they were finished in half the time we estimated! Best part is we saved a lot plus nothing was damaged! Thank you Scott,Mark,Cody you guys are the best!!
