Dropped off a new Ford speedo cable and wanted a longer one made. They quoted me $48.00 and said I could wait while it was being made. When I went there, they were short handed and asked me to come back tomorrow. So, the next day I made another trip to Dicks and the cable was not finished and was asked to return the next afternoon. When I arrived the next day, they informed me it would take a week to finish the cable. I called after a week to prevent another wasted trip and they were suppose to "let me know" . After another week, I called again and nobody knew when it would be finished, again! Today, I went there and after several minutes of searching, they had lost my new and sample cable. Just before I was leaving , they somehow found the newly finished cable and threw away my sample cable (per the owner). The new Speedo cable from Ford, was about $82.00 plus shipping. They did not charge me the $48.00 new Lengthed cable but I feel like I was shorted $34.00 for the loss of

I have a lifted 2000 Dodge Ram and went here to get the speedometer corrected for my larger tires. The end invoice total was over 500.00 dollars and whatever they put in my truck caused the brake light and ABS light to come on in my dash. I went in to ask them about it and they told me that they were'nt going to do anything for my issue and that I was to leave and not come back.I requested to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner and to, "get the hell out of here". So as you can imagine, the WORST service experience ever. I decided to head over for a second opinion at the Phoenix Dick's Speed-O-Tach and the guys there were very helpful. Basically the Tempe shop installed a calibrator made for an older truck and not the correct device at all. The guys in Phoenix requested that I get the wrong parts de-installed by Tempe or another shop before they would do the right work on my truck.
