Provided by YPmobileCame here with my family for dinner around 7.27pm and about 45min later we left without eating! First they made us wait about 10 min to sit us in a section that we were told was closed. After that it took for ever to get our food! When we finally asked for the ticket the manager came out saying they forgot to input our order and the food would take a while to cook. We decided to leave, I don't think we're ever going back! This was the second time this happen at this Applebee's. Avoid it if you can. Red Robin is not far off and they have amazing service!
