DO NOT GO HERE!
This is my first review on any website regarding a business. If I could give negative stars I would! I want to warn you from giving your business and money to a scam artist of a business owner (Luis Enrique Flor - also uses the last name of Flores. I took my car here to get the transmission fixed back in February of this year. I paid $2,250 for the service and was given an 18 month warranty. I continued to have the same issues with my transmission over and over again. Each time I brought my car back in for them to fix the issue. They ended up breaking my transmission wire harness and saying that was the problem causing the issue and replaced it which cost almost another $2,000. After taking my car back for a fourth time where they drove my car an unnecessary 70 miles, cracked my windshield, and someone who doesn't work for the business was driving my car (I witnessed this stranger getting out of my car because I had to wait over 2 hours for them to "test drive" my car). I spoke to the owner about this which he denied all of them and was extremely rude towards me. I kept pressing the issue and finally he admitted that I was correct but still did not even apologize. Also, another issue was they would have my car for days if not a week at a time. This caused a headache do to having to find a ride to and from work. I attempted to contact Transmission Plus over and over however, they would not return or answer my calls. I finally took my car to the Hyundai dealership who were very nice and felt bad for me because of the awful business I had to deal with. They were very understanding of my situation since I was in an unpaid internship to complete my program and just lost a ton of money of the scam of a business (Transmission Plus). After the Hyundia dealership replaced my transmission I no longer had any issues with my car.

Due to this financial hardship and the mental stress this caused on myself I took Transmission Plus to Small Claims court. I have already had 3 court hearings which none were attended by the defendant (Luis Enrique Flor DBA Transmission Plus). I won the case at the first hearing and have been trying to get my money ever since. This may not seem like a ton of money to some; however, this was all the money I had saved up to live on throughout my unpaid internship. At the last court hearing the judge ordered a bench warrant for Luis Enrique Flor (Transmission Plus owner). I will continue to pursue this until the owner is brought to justice! The owner is a con artist.

I recently took my vehicle to Transmission Plus after I had taken it to different repair locations, I found this one to be the best! The staff was kind enough to tow my car and diagnostic for free. After finding the problem on the transmission and other mechanical problems, my car was running like new. The owner and staff were very kind and professional people. I will be coming back for any further service on all my cars!

Incompetent and unprofessional

If I could give NO stars, I would. An ongoing NIGHTMARE is the only way to describe my experience with transmissions plus. Nothing but excuses and shoddy work from luis. Won't even get into the headaches involved with the initial transmission rebuild. When that was finally completed, the car threw a check engine code for a slipping transmission component. Luis' in-depth analysis consisted of smelling the dipstick and telling me he needed an additional $200 to replace parts not switched out in the initial rebuild. My car then sat outside his shop for TWO WEEKS because, according to him, he was the only one qualified to do the repair. Meanwhile, he is in Vegas and living his life, I suppose. In the end, he didn't even do the repair. One of his workers did. Needless to say, the problem persists. I will probably be forced to take my STILL UNDER WARRANTY car somewhere else for a competent fix. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next. Don't waste your time or money with this incompetent scam artist.

Transmissions Plus Excuses

This guy spends more time making excuses than he does work. They rebuilt a transmission and we've had to bring the vehicle back under warranty (which cost an additional $200) once already but the problem has not been fixed (it's worse now) The vehicle sat for 2 weeks while he made excuses, promises & a even a trip to Vegas. When we did finally get the vehicle back, the Test drive went OK but on the drive home the check engine light came back on, it was shifting extremely hard and the smell coming from it was super burnt. The dipstick smelled like a refinery. We had it tested to see what codes came up and there was nothing that had to do with the transmission. However, there was definitely a transmission problem because it was the same exact problem for which we brought it back under warranty before and the diagnostics test showed transmission errors. Why didn't it show a transmission error this time when it's the same issue (only worse). We'd take it back under warranty again if we knew this clown would take his job seriously and make good of his word. He says one thing and does another. He has lied and made excuses for almost everything.
