Went there with tire that seemed to be defective. Bought tire at different dealer but was in area on ride when battery died. The tire had only 10K miles with plenty of thread left. It looked like it was coming apart with long slits all around the entire tire on both sides of the threads. This was last Saturday, was told they had to call Dunlap Tuesday to discuss and determine what type of discount on replacement if not full replacement on tire that was only 4 months old. Had to put on new tire because it was not holding air. Never heard from them, called to check then told they had to talk to parts, now Friday and nothing. Probably just blowing me off. But hear is the thing, what if the dealer I bought the tire from got a bad batch of tires from Dunlap, there can be a number of bikers out there on them just because these guys did not want to created an RMA ticket for the tire and give a customer a discount for something that could be defective.

Best time ever

I went to a different place and got the run around. Garrett made the entire experience fun and I walked away with my new baby. Selection was perfect and Garrett really helped me find the perfect bike.

The Service Department has performed work on my Buell in an extremely top notch fashion! I am very pleased with the manner in which both Mark and Kevin handled my work order and parts ordering, and Casey did an absolutely fantastic job in the work performed... my bike rides like new! I am very happy with the results and would gladly return to Quaid for any of my business! Thanks a million!

My wife and I have been lookin...

My wife and I have been looking for just the right bike for us to ride. It has always been our dream to travel from one side of the country to the other side of the country. I walked into Quaid and felt right at home. The service was very nice and My sales person helped me with finding the right bike. Chrome, well ya I had to have it. it seems to take a lot longer than I expected to get chrome put on the bike but I guess that will be ok. The clothing girls also helped us get all the gear we needed, so we would be safe on our new adventure. Thank you quaid Harley Davidson

Garrett was very helpful. He answered all our questions, and was willing to find the answer if he didn't know. He worked hard to get us financing that would work for our family. We met Garrett on our initial visit to Quaid when we were looking to buy a bike. Even though we no longer lived near Temecula, we returned to this dealership because of his personality and helpfulness.

As a new resident to Temecula ...

As a new resident to Temecula I was not familiar with having to make a formal appointment to have my Road King serviced. I mentioned to the service associate the I'm a transplanted customer from Fullerton Harley and they never made me make an appointment to service my bike and that they do not guarantee same day service and that Fullerton Harley calls you when your bike is ready. After my comment the young man Kevin with a polite and professional bearing stated that if I just want to leave my bike he will check it in and he probably will have the bike ready in 4 or 5 days and I was happy to leave my bike for the few days.

They have always had everything completed by the time they tell me that it will be ready for pickup. The service is complete and the bike is clean. The people are the best to work with and will answer any question that you might have.

Sales has always been upfront ...

Sales has always been upfront with me. They don't try to BS you and they don't bait you....that's what I like about them. As far as the Service Department, about a year ago I bought a brand new trike from San Diego H-D...I had some problems with it and when I called San Diego H-D, they said if I could bring it in they would look at it. I called Quaid Temecula Harley-Davidson and they drove 75 miles to where I was at in San Diego, brought a battery and a new key fob, fixed my problem on the spot and said thank you! Filomena set that up for me. You can't ask for better service than that!

After 6 disappointing dealersh...

After 6 disappointing dealerships with nothing to leave with; as soon as i walked through the doors of Quaid Harley Davidson of Temecula, I was genuinely greeted by multiple people. I wanted to browse around and was asked multiple times if i was looking for something in particular. And as I asked my question for what I wanted I got answers. Not only did I get my particular bike which was a 2011 IRON 883, but with such a welcoming way. At first they didn't even have it but Garrett Heller even offered to try to find me one from other dealerships in Southern California. It turns out they actually had one that has just arrived and was still in the truck. ALL the personnel from the clothing, parts department, and also Filomena the Director of Sales & Finance were seriously amazing. It really felt like they were finding me a bike as if I were their own family.  Above and beyond is what i got in this place. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know! This place is most definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

I am very happy with there service and I also have purchased a bike from them. I purchased Ultra Limited from them. I worked with Mark in service and he has been very good to me. I did my 1000k service on my bike and the prices are very competitive. Kelly in parts is very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone.
