Had the most terrible experience ever in my life, the store is not at all child friendly and the owner Kathi is terribly rude and went as far as yelling and slapping my child. I will never go to that store or refer anyone to shop their!

Fortunately, I live in Tehachapi. I shop Picture Perfect and Stamp of Approval often. I always see something new each time I go in. It is a small shop packed with a wonderful variety of paper and embellishments. The service is excellent with a small-town feel. A variety of classes are offered and new items are always appearing on the shelves. I highly recommend this shop as a must if you are a scrapper and you are in the Tehachapi area.
