The worst customer service ever! So much for the customer is always right!

They say one thing and then do another. Make sure if you get a tanning package you keep track of the date you bought them! Because they will destroy your card and say they contracted you, but they have no proof of this conversation because it is on the card they destroy. How does this make sense?



When one buys something in this case minutes and they do not expire one would think that means they will be there when you come back.
