I had seen the van around town so I decided to give him a try. Huge mistake. He shaved my retriever down almost entirely to the skin instead of just trimming him and even that was incredibly patchy and unprofessional. He even cut off my dog's whiskers!! Why would anyone do that?? I'm incredibly upset but that's nothing compared to the depression my poor dog has been experiencing for days after. It's almost a week later and my normally happy, playful pup stays in the basement or curls up in the corner not even wanting to go on walks he used to love. I feel so awful I put him through this. I will never use the Wash-N-Waggin again.

MARK IS GREAT I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER PLACES WHEN HE IS BOOKED OR ON VAC AND NO ONE DOES A BETTER JOB THEN MARK AND MY DOGS LOVE HIM. HE IS SO GENTEL WITH THE DOGS I VERY MUCH RECOMEND. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.. THANKS MARK LOVE CHIP AND DALE AVON
