If I were able to put negataive stars i would in a heartbeat. They have the worst customer service and are SCAMMERS and LIARS just like the other review said. They are rip offs who hungry for $$$$$ and no nothing about doing professional and honest sales. I purchased a car and had a problem because I realized my bill wasnt right.They were trying to charge me things I didnt ask for. They made me go to the "manager" who was a good for nothing scammer and then he said he wasnt able to make any decision on my issue. Bottom line this location and its workers are not to be trusted!!!

If you're not approved and expect a phone call you will not get
one for days. Instead of talking to you in person on what they can do for you to make a deal they will send you a copy of your credit report after running it 10 times . Thankyou Taylor Ford

I really didn't even want to give Taylor Ford one star. I am a proud Ford Worker which has sent several of my family and friends to them in which everytime had came to the same conclusion. The service manager and his cocky attitude towards dangerous situation ' s that could injury someone.

Never again will I send anyone here!

Do Not go to Taylor Ford!!! Terrible service, I cannot begin to explain all the issues with their service dept. Service advisor and mechanic foreman are clueless. Don't be fooled by the "new" building.
