Nothing but problems and poor workmanship. When confronted with an issue they caused they become very defensive, over talking, telling me I am stupid and don't know what I am talking about. They worked on the AC and then that afternoon the thermostat wire was shorted out. It was fine before they worked on the machine and broke after they were done. He wants $235 to repair what they did. Previously, the breakers were tripping and they moved the wires over on the same buss. They left a burnt buss on the wall with high voltage electricity going through it. Not to Code and very dangerous for us.When the thermostat wire shorted out all we were getting was warm air because the AC and Heater were on at the same time which caused the breakers to keep tripping. We called an electrician and he replaced the buss which where they had moved the wires previously and it was burnt to a crisp where they moved the wire from in the first place. He says they do that all the time. Meanwhile, I want my thermostat wire fixed. He hung up on me and when I called back he told me he didn't like talking to people like me and the problem was I didn't want to pay him money. He was just rude, over talking and sounding rather idiotic. I hung up on him after telling him he was wrong. DON'T MESS WITH THESE RIP OFF ARTIST. Seems we run into people who prey on seniors and when confronted try to intimidate us. SCOUNDRELS

Our a/c unit went out during the weekend. I had called Kurt's office and by monday they were coming to check our unit. I told them it was out, so Kurt ordered a new a/c on monday. It was installed today, Tuesday, July 28, 2009. His team was very professional and careful with their job. I had some other quotes but Kurt installed it for about $800.00 less than the next closest quote. Having read alot of reviews, I discovered that installation is one of the biggest factors to consider. I gladly recommend this company because service is all for me. Call on them and see that it is true. Reasonable price, excellent customer relations and an exceptional team that works together to accomplish their goal. Thanks.
