Took my grandson here, first you have to pay before bowling, shoe rental is $3.50. You have to tell them how many strings you want. If you have to leave before what you pay for your out of luck. The bowling shoes come out of an automated locker. I stuck to the approach surface, asked for another pair, was told could not get them. Asked for silicone spray to coat the bottom of the shoes, they did not have any so I had to stand at the foul line and just throw the ball. Also asked for senior discount and was told sorry card already we t thru. Then worker finishing lanes with a large automated machine starts work on one lane away from us. This is Avery inhospitable organization, no personalized service. Felt like an automated high tech environment not a bowling alley.
