Provided by YP.comI had a horrible experiance, bought a large frozen hot chocolate. First few sips were OK then I had got a mouthful of grind type stuff. Unfortunately I was driving to Brockton when this happened and couldn't return immediately. Went back later in day with drink - manager refused to replace it and told me the suff wasn't in it when they made it and I must have dropped it or something. That's total crap, it never left my cup holder except to drink it. THEY JUST LOST MY APPROX 100$ PER WEEK OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
