This wonderful discovery came my way thanks to a postcard advertisement I picked up at a nearby hotel I stayed at. I enjoyed the ambiance, the welcoming staff, and the huevos rancheros I ordered. The chile (both red/green are flavorful). I am from Albuquerque, and enjoy good New Mexican food. I recommend making this a stop if you are visiting or passing through Taos, or if you are a local and want to enjoy homestyle cooking. La Cocina de Taos serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Next time, I will stop ini for dinner and try enchiladas and posole.
