I got my mom a Groupon for a massage here, because the place looked nice. She called to make an appointment like a week before, and when she showed up they told her it was impossible for her to have an appointment because they never made appointments during that time... WHAT?! On top of that the lady in the front was rude to her. Ridiculous.
