Very DISAPPOINTED & our wedding memories are tarnished and forever FORGOTTEN!! They refused to take pics of our actually ceremony b/c our guests had their own cameras but they didn't mention this to us until we had to ask which was after the ceremony. Then sold us low resolution images on a CD ($10 per pic) & two 8x10's ($94.50 for both pic). They also only allowed us to preview the pics that they chose w/o our consent, by doing this it minimized our choices & some of the pics we look forward to seeing we were UNABLE to (i.e. bride w/father, groom only, bride & both parents). Don't get me wrong they were nice to us but seemed to be annoyed b/c we had more guest then expected. And we feel that's why they didn't hold up their end. We will be taking pictures elsewhere as I feel that our special day was not handled in a professional manner.
