this lawyer is a theif

I went to this lawyer for help with bankruptcy....I made payments because I couldn't afford to pay 3500 up front. My balance is 500.00. I can use if i want to retain him..because the 500.00 is only partial on the retainer. This man stole my money. This man did nothing for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His office sent me a letter saying I have 500.00 credit....they WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I filed a complaint with the florida bar assoc..but those good ole boys said nothing can be done.

SO be very CAREFUL who you give money too..this man did nothing,,i am in dire straits and he doesn't care but i bet he had FUN FUN FUN with my 500.00. I bet his family has food,,i bet his family had a good christmas,,i bet he drives a car that isnt on its last leg.....but then again he is a theif ...... and because he iis a lawyer he is able to steal a WORKING MANS HARD EARNED MONEY.

DON'T TRUST HIM...IF HE TOOK MY 500.00 WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A BLINK OF THE EYE HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO YOU ANY SERVICE.

This client misrepresents the truth. They retained our office in March 2009 after a consultation which last at leat 45 minutes. During the consultation, all the fees and costs were explained to the client. Also the procedures for payment were provided. After undertaking representation, and many months of contacting client to finalize the process and file their case, the client was not able to pay the balance of legal fees which was not 3500.00 to file. At the time, the client was informed when they were able to pay the balance, they would be given a credit for all payments they made. The fees and costs were provided to the client in writing. During the many months that were were patiently waiting for the client to pay, we fielded any calls from the client. Were were also ready and willing to any answer any calls that client made to our office.
