I paid for an OIC that was never filed. I have contacted over and over and over to resolve for years and was told “the IRS is really behind”. I had to pay someone to do a forensic tax analysis to learn that they didn’t file a damn thing. I requested my money back and was ignored. I was also told that they were tax “attorneys”. BE AWARE!

Very easy to work with. Professional and thorough with the detail. Would recommend for anyone looking to have a well versed expert who treats their customers with the utmost respect.
