I have been a Tmobile customer with 2 lines, for over 7 years. I have never had such poor,rude,and condescending service. John Jukas is a terrible excuse of a so called manager. Word of mouth spreads very quickly, and you sir have earned a zero across the board. Miserable little man to say the least. Rest assured I will go out of my way to ensure NO ONE makes the mistake of doing business with your store. You are in the retail/customer service industry, act accordingly!
