My computer was having online access problems. Their diagnosis was that I have a virus. My operating system was removed and reloaded. All my information was erased which would have been fine if the problem was fixed. I hooked up my computer after it was supposedly fixed and I was still having the same problem. I took it back to MIT Computers and they rechecked it and stated it worked fine. I am now out the $214.00 dollars and my computer is not FIXED.
