We've been canceling our services for over six months. They do not only don't honor confirmation of our cancelation received email, they have since then, lost our mail, including several client's checks AND left me a message a while back asking if I have received by mistake checks from another clients.

We are asking them for a feedback and nothing is being done. They keep getting apologizing but nothing is getting done. We are happy to remove all negative reviews as soon as we get a human being that knows what needs to be done.

Also, I do have a written confirmation of one of their representatives confirming the cancelation request on May 31st 2016.

Be aware of their lack of professionalism and shady auto-renewals without confirmation.
