Overpriced! I went to rainbow dry cleaners for the first and last time. I had several dresses that needed to be dry cleaned and it ended up costing me more than the actual price of the dress! There were tons of hidden upcharges that I did not ask for. Charged me to 'remove lent' from the dresses, 'multipule layers,' etc. One dress cost me $15 to dry clean! When I brought this to their attention all I got was, oh sorry. No chance for a discount or even a sincere apology to try to keep my business. There are lots of dry cleaners in the area that would be happy for my business. Needless to say, I will not be back!
