Provided by YP.comThey cancelled a painting session I had reserved and gave me less than 24 hours notice. I had planned a painting session with my daughter for her birthday and they ruined our plans at the last minute.
When I contacted them to tell them it was a special occasion and if they would please consider keeping the session, they were not willing to do it.
Totally ruined our plans for a special day...very unprofessional...they do not put the customer first. She clearly told me that their bottom line came first over customer service.
Beware about planning a painting session here...don't count on it actually happening. If it won't make them enough money they'll cancel you at the last minute.
