Let me say that this company is completely awesome! We called Mark in after seeing mold through out our house. After trying to file with our homeowners insurance (after a leak caused the mold) they denied to pay out. Mark has been there every step of the way and went above and beyond to help us get the issues fixed. Theres no one word to express the appreciation for what he has done for our family!

THE BEST OF THE BEST! YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER! I wish I could give Mark more than 5 stars!!! Have you every met a person that spoke to you numerous times on the phone, for 20 - 80 minutes at a time so you could really understand something? He never seemed annoyed, he was genuinely concerned and interested in my families well-being!Explained everything in GREAT detail.After I paid him,he still contacted me,let me call him with questions,and helped me find a air conditioning company.I knew there was some past water damage in the house due to the age of the house, but when he told me there was no significant mold or fungus and it was just my HVAC (as he had already originally suspected) that was too small for the house, the return needed to be moved and a couple air returns needed to be added in the back of the house because of the addition the previous owner did and they did not account for a larger HVAC unit, so he suggested moving from a 2 ton to a 3 ton. He also asked me to call him after the quote from the air conditioning company.I called Velocity Air conditioning, they were not as honest as Mark.They wanted $5500.00 to just move my current 2 ton down from the attic into the garage and put in new duct work. Just that for $5500, that did NOT include a new unit. Even Mark stated that was a rip off and he went out of his way to find several other companies and recommended that I call AirRescueFlorida.com.He called 3 companies for me and talked to all of them and liked what they had to say.Mark is also an acclaimed professor in biology and helps his students out as well when he can. He also has a beautiful family and I think he has 3-4 girls, all of which are in college or going to college. He takes care of people in the community as well as his family. He obviously is one of those rare gems you find in life. Mark is someone you would be grateful to have as a friend because of his honestly, attitude, and his integrity. I honestly can't say enough about him

When my wife and I decided to convert our guest bedroom into our nursery, we noticed a musky smell coming out of the room. We called MicroTech-Moldteam to come out and test the room to see if they could tell us where the smell was coming from.

MicroTech came out to do the assessment and immediately noticed what was wrong. Mark (the owner) noticed where our master bedroom shower had cracks in the grout and where water was seeping into the wall. They soon after took air samples, sent them to the lab and confirmed the mold problem.

The best part about MicroTech was not just that they provided great on-time service, but believe me when I say that they went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. They were always very hands-on and informative throughout the process, and we are now leaks, smell and mold free.

Mark and the MicroTech team helped us save hundreds of dollars that we can now better utilize towards the nursery instead of a bathroom remodeling job. Can't thank MicroTech-Moldteam enough.

Let me start off by saying that I am not one to write reviews online. However, after my recent experience with MicroTech and the owner of the company Mark I knew I had to.

Two weeks ago we developed a leak in our wall, after having a plumber come out to fix the problem he informed us of mold in the wall, apparently the leak had been the size of a pinhole for possibly a year and decided one day just to give way of we probably would have never known about it. Of course when I heard “MOLD!” panic immediately set in, I have never dealt with mold before I did not know who to call, how long would this take? was I going to get sick? What about my beloved pets? Did I have to move out of the house? I went to the internet and found a local company who agreed to come out the next day and give me an estimate. After meeting with that company I thought that the price was a little high to get rid of the mold and replace the drywall would cost me roughly $4000. I decided to take another look online and see if I could get a second opinion I found MicroTech and called a little after 5pm and spoke with Mark the owner of the company, by 9:30 the next morning Mark was standing in my living room he took a sample of the mold so that he could see exactly what type of mold it was and if the mold was still active, depending on the type of mold would also decide his treatment method. I was immediately impressed, the first company had done no such thing. He also patiently answered the barrage of questions I had for him. Mark called the next day and gave me the run down of the type of mold I had growing in my walls. He came out himself and removed the nasty mold from my house within a few hours I was mold free and very excited. I cannot explain the level of professionalism and high regard this company has for its customers. A few days later new drywall was put up and my house is slowly returning to normal. If you are like me and find yourself with a mold problem, do yourself a favor and call MicroTech I promise you won’t be disappointed with the level of service you receive and the fair price that Mark charges for his outstanding work.

I was smelling a bad odor in my laundry room and couldn't figure out what it was until I finally pulled out the washer and dryer and found a leak from the washer hose. It was just a slight dripping but had been there long enough to cause a mold build up behind the washer, I called Micro Tech and they were there the next day and remedied the problem, you can even tell where they replaced part of the wall. They cleaned everything up and I'm back in business doing laundry. They were pleasant, courteous and concerned about my health. Thank you MicroTech.

I am so happy I made the right choice in choosing MicroTech. My mold problem was handled promptly and professionally and explained to me what was to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who had a mold or air problem that they weren't sure of. I now haven't the worry of getting sick from the mold in the closet carpet caused by water seeping through the wall from the bathroom Thank you MicroTech.

I thought I had a mold problem somewhere in the house was driving me crazy, I had this company come out to the house Mark walked the entier house checked for leaks with a thermal camrea, looked at my AC unit and found i didnt have a mold problem at all,, but pet dander issue, and he urge us to see if my kids were getting sick because of it? Well long story short he hit it out of the bal park so thankful we called him our doctor found my son was reacting to pet hair

Mark work with my schedule and found mold all though are carpet pad . Set up a contractor and took care of the issue, very happy we called him

I gotta say one very professional company they worked with me an my wife schedule an came out after 5 pm discovered it wasn't a mold problem , but chemical that was spilled in our kitchen cabinet that was toxic , resolved the issue right away ! Highly recommend you use them
