I poured a 6 yard slab for a carport and was delighted with the service I received. The cement was suppose to be delivered between 11 and noon and at 10:57 the truck was on my street. The part that really impressed me was when the truck driver/operator actually jumped right in there to help us complete the job. You can bet that when I need cement its coming from these folks! I hired Job site concrete to bring some concrete to one of my jobs, they told me they would have the concrete there at the job site at 8 am. I arrive early at the job site with all my guys and I ended up calling them at 8:10am wondering where they were at and the receptionist told me they would not be able to come until 9:30-10am. I waited at the job site for 3 hours and then to receive a call stating that they weren't coming at all, that their trucks were tied up at another job. How professional is that? I have to not only pay my guys for coming out but also explain to the homeowner that his driveway would not be usable until I could find another company...thank god for West Florida Concrete who squeezed me in and I was able to get the job done that day. My advice,don't waste your time on this company. Very unprofessional equals bad business.

I helped out in the office and I never heard a complaint from any of their clients. They're honest, efficient, knowledgeable, aren't scared to work and go that little bit extra that has kept them in business for a long time.
