Provided by YP.comI was rear ended and the insurance was Geico and my insurance is USAA. Ferman Collision Center is certified with both companies so I picked them for repair. Repair took longer and since I was informed my vehicle was ready with short notice, 5:52p Wed, I had no choice but to try to pick it up after work. My cup holder which was broken/wouldn't close and my battery was dead. My husband took it back 3 days after repair to have them replace the battery, for which they admitted leaving the doors open while doing repairs and to fix molding which was loose and warranted. To which was refused. I made the complaint to Geico and my insurance, USAA, since they both are certified with them. Geico is working with us to get reimbursed for the battery and have another shop fix the warranted molding. However, this is costing me so much more with time off work, costs I shouldn't have to deal with, and stress that is unnecessary. HORRIBLE SHOP, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Provided by YPmobileFerman collision center is an absolute joke. Took my car there on August 18 2015 for what was supposed to be a 7-9 day repair. They had my car 14 days called and said it was good to go. Got there the car repair work was horrible. Looked like a 2 yrs old worked on it. The repairmen are either not qualified or the management pushes them so hard they don't care. Either way they had my car for over a month. Picked it up this past Friday and got it home still has damage that was supposed to be repaired. Called and talked to a rep. he was like bring it back and I'll look at it. Fix it right the first time or stop acting like yall know what you doing. So unprofessional. What a joke this place is.

Collision center repaired the damage done to my car with satisfactory service to the damaged area after 2 weeks. No one reached out to me with an update on my car, after a week I called and spoke to the rep in charge of my car ONCE. He said he would call me back and NEVER DID. He NEVER returned NOT ONE of my phone calls! After I received my car back, the front seats were dirty as though car part(s) were placed there AND whatever was placed in the front seat tore the molding on my driver's side door and scraped the plastic siding! Ferman IS NOT working to correct their damage!!! They are creating a cat & mouse game! grant it, you fixed the bumper damage, however never checked the tire which is not holding air AND Damaged my Car!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

1st time took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Ferman did not reset the tire position and kept getting false readings on low tire for wrong tire. 2nd service again for oil change and A/C diagnosis. Now the truck makes a noise like chain rattling and when I opened the hood, brake fluid cap missing. Will not try to see if Ferman is 3rd time a charm. Shame to know that a long-time family owned business is not family owned minded. Just another big corporate money maker. Make your money - BUT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Still not a pushy salesman. I have bought a car from them a several years ago and happy to say they are still a very nice team,,, we met in the middle and made a better deal for both of us... going to see if I can get my step daughter a car now.

Provided by YP.comThe worst service dept. i have ever dealt with. i ve had Mercedes, Infiniti, and Toyota but my husband decided i needed a new Ss Camaro for my 25th anniversary. He had it built special for me , i waited patiently for three months. I eas thrilled with the car for the first three months. The fun ended there, the next 20 months were a nightmare of repeat trips to the service dept.We had engine problems for a year before they agreed to change the lifters, they even went as far as telling us the noises from the engine were normal expansion noise. everything we had to have warranteed took at least two to three visits to get resolved. Never ever will we return to Ferman Chevrolet Tampa
