Just before a Mom & son movie night, I stopped in at the request of my son. I decided to order my daughter some food as well so my babysitter/neighbor wouldn't have to make her something in case she got hungry. There was a misunderstanding between the server and myself. He probably didn't hear what I said and I had never ordered a kid's meal before. Nonetheless, I noticed the cashier, Teresa, had an attitude and was instantly rude towards me. Surprised by her reaction, I was irritated and just wanted to leave at this point so I could stop back home and catch my movie. A manager came over and tried to rectify by crediting me and comping my daughter's meal. I am big on customer service and write far more positive reviews than negative ones. I am that person who calls managers to express my gratitude and appreciation for their employees. I am adamant that how you treat and speak to your customers can make or break you as a business. Teresa may need a little assistance in this area. Overall, the manager saved the day and I will be back because my son loves Chipotle!

SO delicious and fresh. John (the take out guy) is always super friend. I order take out from there almost every work day. It is always great. I am so happy they have a new location so close by! Thank you !
