I order the Bob Evans Farm Favorite with Biscuits. I had to ask the waitress for the butter and it took the waitress over 5 minutes and she never did. I Saw the waitress talk to some black man who brought me the bills instead when I ask for the box he slam it down on the table. He did not ask how was everything I guess he was the manger.
