What my car in for breaks they told me my radiator was leaking which it was not they wanted to charge me $850 what is one of the major holder is broken off never uses people there scammers actually had pictures and then put them online hopefully they will be investigated is that what you think and a photo

I wrote a review about Ocello's maybe a year and a half ago, to warn people about their unscrupulous business practices. I have to agree with the fellow who worked there for 2 days and quit, because I spoke with the owner Rob about my complaints, and all that he wanted to talk about was his Christian beliefs and his church-going habits. Specifically, Ocello's staff warned me that I needed to replace my rear brakes ASAP, or risk major damage and high repair costs, to the point of scaring me. I wouldn't usually recommend going to a dealership, but I couldn't be happier since I did. I have a Lexus IS 250, and I want customers to know that I have driven at least another 17,000 miles with the same rear brakes. They still don't need to be replaced. I believe that Ocello's also scammed me on a set of 4 new tires.

Top notch work of my MX5. Absolutely thorough and calls to explain everything before proceeding. Awesome working staff!

Heard about the shop from a friend. This is the best place for tires. Great price. No hassles. I liked that they explained the different tires to me and recommended the middle priced ones. To me that showed honesty. I will go back again.

Being a woman, a mother, and a daughter, this is the first shop I've been too that Im comfortablein. They told me waht I needed and I actually understood. Now my mother and her friends go there too. Highly recommended.
