What an exceptional office and staff!!! The environment in this dental office is not like most. It's a welcoming and friendly place, that almost alleviates the uneasy feelings I get when I usually enter a Dental office. I feel like Dr. Willis and his staff really care about what work they are doing and care about me and my family. I felt inclined to leave a review because my experience at this office has been wonderful.

After being a long term patient I began to question why I never needed a filling only fillings and inlays. I also noticed that on my checkup cleaning dates, Dr. Willis was not around. The hygienist would say that he would let me know if there was a problem after checking my xrays. I never heard back and when I questioned it I was told that I he seen him. Years ago Dr. Willlis told me that some dentists will wait unitl a patient needs a crown and get $1,000 instead of a $5 filling. Unfortunately, it took me too long to realize he was talking about himself. I have a new dentist who told me that Dr. Willis was one of the worst dentists in town and that they will normally not take his patients because their mouths are a mess. Turns out I needed work on a number of teeth that I did not even know were problematic. The new dentist showed me the xrays from over a year and a half ago that show the problems. Filing a complaint with the Dental Association.

Worst dentist in town. Filing a complain with the Dental Association. Recently switched dentists only to find that I have a mouth full of problems that I was not made aware of. This assessment was made on 1.5yr old xrays! I left Willis because I noticed that Neither myself or family ever had fillings only crowns and inlays. Years ago Willis told me that some dentists prefer to wait for a $1,000 crown vs a $5 filling. Unfortunately it took me a while to realize he was talking about himself. New dentist said he normally refuses Willis' patients because their mouths are such a mess.

Best office ever, as a dentist it is extremely hard to put together a team of people That truly work as a team, we did that. Our dentistry is exceptional. we use the very best materials and dental laboratories. We treat people by what they need and not what there insurance dictates a person needs. We love our jobs, and it shows. Its our passion.

look I am a practicing physician, for over 30 years, and didnt know the big difference about dental materials or procedures had some work done in Tampa, and a lot done here in Tallahassee. Not knowing then what I know now was costly. Was having trouble with last dental Crown, and most dental work done by local dentist, and dentist in Tampa. He could not resolve issues. I asked colleges for recommendations, and Dr Ronal Willis name came up numerous times, so I gave there office a call. They got me in immediately. What an experience, Professional, educational, and gental. All issues were taken care of by Dr. Willis. You truly are amazing. My quality of life has greatly improved. You will never know how much I appreciate YOU !!! Thank you for the education on materials, and replacing cheap dental work.

ok, I thought Dr Willis was expensive, so I went to another dental office, which was less expensive, and wow was treated badly, and didnt get the same quality of service and the dental work that was done hurt, and didnt last, so I decided to try one more office that was also less expensive. Sorry to say was lead to believe I needed work that was'unnecessary. I called Dr. Ronald Willis office and asked if I could come in and talk with Dr Willis, they were so nice and professional. Dr.Willis was so incredible, he fixed everything that was done cheaper at other dental office'sand less expensive, he wasn't mad or upset with me, just kind and gental. Thank you Dr, Willis, lesson learned, cheaper is not always better !! You will always be my dentist. You really are the best. THANK YOU!!!

This Dental Center is so expensive. Great work but he charges double. Check into other dentist before going to this one. I should have. You can have the same great work done but for alot cheaper some where else.

Dr. Willis changed my life, he is amazing, I had multiple consults with many doctors and dentist due to headaches and neck pain. I prayed for relief, Then I found Dr.Willis who treated me and I am now pain free after many years of suffering. Dr.Willis is a genus and I cannot say enough about him.I also have a beautiful smile.xo
