Sirmons Alignment is the best. I took a 2018 ram 2500 American expedition vehicles with huge 40 inch tires that was constantly pulling to the right hand side and the factory had been on able to successfully stop the bullying and wants to use the expertise and knowledge and a side of offset ball joins the problem was finally solved. Professional knowledge beyond believe these guys can solve your suspension or handling problems. Thanks Limo Mike

Took my truck there because the Mr. Sirmon (older man) who used to own the business was good.
Not this new guy! Arrogant and overpriced; his alignment (after charging me around $400 for parts to "correct" my problem) was worthless; my tires were showing wear within a few months, and toast in a year. I sat there for FOUR HOURS waiting. He had no one else working but himself. He failed to say how long I would have to wait. I should have left after waiting three hours - when he hadn't even yet started. There were damaged parts he did not fix, but told me to go find the parts myself, and he would install them for yet MORE money. He said it was not necessary.
NEVER AGAIN!

I have had many exchanges with this shop and have always been treated fairly and with respect to my problems and how to repair all my auto needs never have they Ripped me Off nor has ever their repair failed me in any way. GOOD WORK

Went to have my truck aligned. Waited for hours only to be told that I needed hundreds of dollars of extra work, so I consented. Six months later my two front tires were shot.

Find another shop. This guy isn't honest like his dad was.

I took my car for an alignment and they worked on other things without noticing me first. I ended up paying more than what i should have. Total ripoff. Dont take your car their. Unless you want to get ripped off. They will lie to you and mess around with other things so that they can overcharge you.

Best service i have ever had.

I went by today to pick up my car at 2pm (a Friday) and they were closed even though the hours of operation are 7am to 5pm. What is the point of having hours if you're not even going to post a sign on the door stating that you have closed early for the day? Now my car is locked in their garage for the weekend when it is finished and ready to drive.

I took my van there to have the rotors turned because the brakes were squealing. I was told that the rotors were too thin to be turned, and that I would have to buy new ones. I knew that was a lie because I had just put new pads on it and didn't turn the rotors because they were both like new already. I though it would be worth the rip off if the problem went away. Unfortunately, the squeal is still there, and I am out over $400. It was an honest business when Sirmon owned it. If I were him, I would take my name off of the sign.

In respones to the above review. The customer was informed what was wrong with the car. He wanted to have his car fixxed in Sarasota by his own mechanic. He was informed to drive the car at his own risk. This car was brought to us by another shop and the car was hit on the right side and the trouble was on the left.

Rick at Sirmons told me the mounting plate on my son's front driver's side strut was not cracked and safe to drive from Tallahassee to Sarasota, and all that was wrong was the strut was "worn down". The whole mounting plate was cracked. Another shop in Tallahassee said that, the car went back to Sirmons because this was consistent with damage in an accident they were supposed to repair, and they said it wasn't cracked and safe to drive. A good mechanic in Sarasota looked at it and I visually saw the cracks. The whole mounting plate was in pieces. NOT SAFE! So if you want your college aged son or daughter in jeopardy, take the car to Sirmons. If you want to deal with HONEST people, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Rick - please stop LYING to parents. There has to be a special place in hell for people like you who put kids in jeopardy.
