Scarlett was my realtor and she did a phenomenal job in every aspect of the purchase. I was a tough cookie because I knew what I was looking for and didn’t want to settle for something less. She showed me no less than 50 homes in a 6 month timeframe, and even helped me make 5 offers that I got outbid on. Finally, the 6th home I made an offer on, was the perfect one, where my offer was accepted! She was so patient with me throughout those 6 months, and truly wanted me to find the right home for me, not just one where she made the sale.

The next time I buy a home, I will only use Scarlett because of the phenomenal service she provided me. Thanks so much, Scarlett!!!

Michelle Manausa at Joe Manausa Real Estate was an absolute pleasure to work with. She exceeded every possible expectation and went above and beyond to help us. She answered texts and emails immediately and was readily accessible. We were looking for a home to buy in the counties around Tallahassee, while living in central Florida 4 hours away. She made the long-distance process smooth and seamless. When we were ready to drive up to see houses during a weekend, she secured well-organized showings so we could have an efficient experience. Her knowledge and expertise was apparent as we looked at pros and cons for each property. When we found the right fit, she worked closely with us in the negotiations. Her advice was spot on! And then she attended the inspection and was willing to be our eyes and ears since we could not drive up for it. She took measurements and sent pictures during the inspection! She helped me through the whole process of buying my first home. In this process, she kindly and promptly responded to whatever and whenever I asked her. In particular, she introduced me an excellent lender and explained everything about my situation to the lender, which made me get the mortgage with the excellent condition very quickly. Moreover, her negotiation strategies are so superior that I was able to buy my first house at a reasonable price. In my case, I should move to my first home until the end of February because my rental contract would be going to be expired at that time. The seller of the house that I really really want to buy wanted to close on the mid of May. However, she moved the closing date up to the end of February. It is really amazing. If I have someone who would purchase a house in Tallahassee, I will strongly recommend Lindsey Begue to him or her. She is really fast at her work. Really really fast.

The entire experience was amazing, from beginning to end--and everyone we met at Manausa was ultra-professional and helpful and genuine. Our agent, Alex Gutterman, was always there for us, got us in to see houses promptly, was always helpful, dependable, and had great insight into the real estate market in our town. Everything about my first time home buying experience was amazing! I had lots of questions, and was generally ignorant about most of the process going in. The entire staff at Joe Manausa was kind and patient with me, and allowed me to fully understand what was happening each step of the way. Jordan was fabulous! She was extremely prompt in responding to messages, and really understood what we wanted (I think better than we did sometimes!). It immediately put me at ease knowing that she wasn't working for a commission. When we gave her our price range, she was respectful of it and didn't just throw us houses that met the top end only. Ultimately, she found the absolute perfect home for us, and even showed it to us 3 times over 2 days as we made our decision. I can't convey enough how grateful we are!
