I called him and he came right over to look at my washing machine. He diagnosed a problem and said he would order a part and return. He did and about a week later came and installed the part. That part did not solve my issue. He said he would research it and get back to me. Over a month later he had not contacted me and I sent him a message via his website saying I had not heard from him about my washing machine. There was no response so I hired someone else to look at it and they fixed it correctly the first time out.
