Computer repair doctor never does me wrong. Second time getting my MacBookPro fixed there. They're super friendly and work in such timely fashions. I completely broke my screen and dropped it off yesterday and today, technician Lucas was calling me informing me it's ready for pick up. I wouldn't trust any other place in Tallahassee with my electronics. Computer repair doctor is always my go to and should be yours too. P.s. Request Lucas, he's awesome, and always keeps me updated as to what's going on with my stuff.

Well, they got me for $300 for virus removal for two laptps. $100 for the removal, and $50 more for them to do a "deep sweep" and take everything off my laptops, wipe the computers, and reinstall everything. Every file I had on one computer was sent to a folder labeled Douments were moved to soa sub folder and put on the desktop screen. I come home with tow computers that are not in better shape. The put some kind of AVG virus protection on there, and I ended up with a virus through the pop up ads it allows through as advertizing...the reason it is free. The other laptop cam back with part of the outer layer at the base of the mouse buttons was lifted up for som reason. I took it back to them to get it figured out and they denied they ahd anything to do with it. Um, it wasn't like that when I brought it in, but it was when I picked it up...Anyhow, ironically if I won the free service from them because of this review, I totally refuse it.

Wouldn't take an IPhone to anyone but repair doctor. Best prices, honest and quick.

Talked to Matt by phone about the part I needed. He had it shipped to me in two days. Great service. Will definitely do business with him again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Matt at Computer Repair Doctor. My daughters computer crashed on Labor Day and most stores were closed. Matt was a lifesaver! He fixed her computer the same day, for a reasonable price. Will definitely reccomended him to others looking for honest, reasonable computer repair.

This place is a new in Tally, but I decided to give them a try when the power button broke on my laptop. I wasn't expecting much (getting my laptop fixed in the past was never a pleasant experience), but this shop really went above and beyond for me. I'm in law school, so having a working, reliable laptop is essential. Here's my experience: When I brought the laptop in, the only person I had to speak with was the owner -- Matt. Matt knew his stuff and was able to show me exactly what the problem was right there in the store. I left the computer with him to give them time to write up an estimate, and I had it via text within the hour. (That's something else that's cool that they do -- they send you text messages letting you know when the computer's ready and stuff like that, which I prefer to phone calls or e-mail.) The price was VERY reasonable, especially considering the hardware work I had to have done. The computer was fixed and ready to pick up in just a couple of days, which was way faster than I was expecting.



Now, if that's where it had ended, it would have already been the best experience I'd had in Tally with a repair shop. But almost a month after I got it back, the computer started having this weird problem where it would just shut down randomly. It would just turn off with no warning. Like I said, I'm a law student. That's the worst problem I could have had with the only computer I had for school. I had no idea what was wrong with it, so I brought it back to Matt.



He and his team diagnosed and fixed it THAT NIGHT. I was back in business the very next day. They also found some viruses hidden in my software and took care of them. And they did it all at no charge... because Matt remembered from our conversations that my budget was tight. If that's not personal service, I don't know what is.



These guys are solid. By far my best experience getting a computer fixed. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. Bring them your broken electronics, you won't be disappointed.

I spent the entire weekend trying to reinstall my Windows OS, hardware drivers, and software -- and then updating everything -- to recover from the effects of a virus. It was a stressful and laborious ordeal aggravated by the fact that I could not find a copy of the drivers that I needed.



People used to be happy when they had a good doctor or lawyer to call…but now they are even happier what they have a computer repair expert! Matt, thanks for rescuing me this weekend with my reinstall. Next time I will hand it off to Computer Repair Doctor and enjoy my weekend!!

I brought in my cracked iphone screen, (and by cracked I mean the entire front had almost popped off) and within the same day they were able to easily fix it for me. I was amazed, because I didn't think my phone was salvageable! They did great work though, and the people I talked to were friendly and very helpful. Definitely the best experience I've had with broken electronics.

Took my broken laptop screen here and it was fixed the same day! Great service for an affordable price. I spoke with Matt, who was very professional and friendly, so I highly reccomend him! My new go to place for all laptop needs.
