Car was leaking engine coolant so I took it to them to determine if it was a radiator or just a hose. They took about an hour to tell me "The whole radiator needs replaced because it is leaking". The total cost to replace the radiator would be about $700. $266 for the radiator, 3-hours labor, new caps, and fluids. Total, $700! I called around town and found three other shops that would replace the entire radiator for about $300, to include parts & labor. A replacement radiator should only cost about $125. So, I got my car back and took it to one of these places to have the radiator replaced. When I got it there, the guy took about 10 minutes to find that there was a broken hose clamp on the hose coming out of the radiator. He put on a new hose clamp, and fixed my leak. My repair bill went from $700 at Auto Super-Service Center, to $300 for the same repair at another shop, to $.25 when I talked to honest people at the other shop.Beware of this place. Not trustworthy!

They're either incompetent or deliberately charge twice for the same problem.

I am from out of town, and I suddenly had a car issue that would have prevented me from driving safely on the freeway. I was recommended to these folks, and I dropped in at 7:30 AM. They told me it would just take a minute to fix. They had my car up in about 2 minutes while I had a cup of coffee. Five minutes later, they were done. They said no charge - but i needed to have a follow-up with the dealership when I got home. They explained the situation, and were just so very nice. They easily could have charged me at lease $50 bucks and I would have happily paid. I would definately recommend this place as a reliable and honest business.
