It was a very Pleasant experience, friendly receptionist greeted me when I arrived. The dental assistant who preformed the x-rays was very patient and courteous with me.The oral surgeon explain each procedure thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure.

Had been putting off seeing a dentist for years. Read some bad reviews from awhile ago but still needed to get in. According to the receptionist, this location is under new management (after I asked about reviews). The doctor was awesome. They were running about 20 min behind and he came out into the waiting room to apologize before he even saw me. I wound up having some major issues (I knew there were problems). They explained my options, came up with a reasonable plan and now my teeth don't hurt anymore when I chew and they look great! I'd recommend this office and Dr Meck. He was gentle and seemed very honest and friendly.

This place is a rip off. Don't go there. They said you could a free xray with cleaning. After we sat there for two hours (we had an appointment). They said that my son needed all kinds of work before they do any cleaning. They wanted $2500.00 financed. They were very pushy, so we walked out. They are taking advantage of people all day long.

I went to Aspen Dental with tooth problems. I was told that I needed 7 teeth pulled and a upper and lower partial. When I discussed payment with them they were MORE than helpful to help me get with the Dental First Plan, basically they would finance the work I needed done. At the first appointment I was told that I would have all 7 teeth pulled and be fitted with upper and lower partials, and it would all be covered by the financing. OK GREAT!! Go ahead pull the teeth, which they did (at what I found out later $232 per tooth) and given a very ILL FITTING lower partial. After the follow up appointment to see that no infection had set in, and they "fixed the lower partial to fit better" I was then told to my utter shock and dismay that, NO the rest of the work I needed was not covered by the financing and it would be another $1800 for the permanent partials, to add insult to injury they also claimed I may have gingivitis and periodontal disease and I would HAVE to go through THAT treatment FIRST for ANOTHER $1800. NONE of this was explained from the start, in fact, quite the opposite. They intentionally guided me down the primrose path. Now, here I sit with a painfully ill fit temporary lower partial and NO UPPER TEETH at all. On top of all the pleasantness (sarcasm) I owe $2500 plus interest for the pleasure. Anyone who thinks of going to this money grubbing hack shop should rethink because they are going to come out poorer and with NO HELP with the Dental Issues they had from the start. They claim they are affordable yet I have the itemized bill to show their jacked up rates they use to get all the financing used up.
