I purchased a 4 hour cleaning voucher from Living Social for April's Cleaning Service. l scheduled it for Saturday from 8-12. At 8:05 a.m I received a call from April's Cleaning asking if I had scheduled a cleaning at 8. I told her yes & she told me they would be here by 9. When they didn't show up by 9 I called April & she was not apologetic. She called her employees to confirm they were on their way. By 9:30 they were still not here so I called April to see if I could get a refund. She unprofessionally informed me that because it was a living social voucher she was only receiving half of the amount I paid but she would call living social. April called me back & notified me that living social was closed but her staff were approx 5-8 minutes away. At 9:45 I called her again to inform her that her staff was still not here & she informed me that she had told them not to come because I wanted a refund. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I have been shopping around for a good cleaning service on which I can call routinely. I was extremely disappointed in the level of service and quality of April's Cleaning Service. While I did purchase a two-hour cleaning service from April's through one of those daily deal sites for a decent price, my expectation was that I get the same level of service provided to all customers in the hopes that they wish to earn my business on a regular basis. April's was "done" in less than 1 1/2 hours. I was greeted happily by the fresh scent of clean, and I left the girls a nice tip. Soon after they left, I realized nearly all surfaces were still dusty, floors were spotty and layered under a coat of dust, countertops had not been cleaned, baseboards/fans dirty, toilets clean only b/c I cleaned them..I could go on. My service was more than four days ago, and I have been holding on writing a review but couldn't any longer after running my finger across a very dusty chest of drawers. Can't recommend

Phenomenal! I can't believe how much they did in such a short amount of time. My house was the cleanest its ever been. Worth every penny and more.

April's Cleaning is my favorite Maid service . They are able to fit in our busy family schedule . April was at our home on time and ready to tidy up and take over the dust bunnies that live under our beds, dressers and behind blinds door trims . They cover all parts in our 3 bed room 2 bath home in 3 hours . Thank you April's Cleaning
