I file at least 100 cases a year; however, I do not run a factory or mill. I provide a professional service! I keep my case load at a manageable level and I promise you will never deal with a paralegal at my office. All consultations are with me and no one else. I prepare and inspect all the court required paperwork myself, and I attend all required court proceedings with you. I am available to handle all cases that can be filed with the Seattle, and Tacoma Western Washington District Court offices. My initial in-office consultation is always free. However, I do charge for the consultation if you have already filed a bankruptcy case that is still open and you want a second opinion, or want me take over the case.
