My husband and I bought a dishwasher from Renew Appliances in Tacoma. The salesman promised us that the dishwasher worked and had a 30 day guarantee. We got home and it leaked all over the floor. We called Renew Appliances and they said no problem, bring it in after 2. We showed up at 2 and the salesman told us that the manager was gone and he could not reach him by phone. He asked us to come back in one hour. We waited the hour and still no one showed. We gave him our phone number and have not heard back. These guys are scammers and are selling broken products. It is sad that we got scammed, but it would be worse if someone with little income got scammed.

In the past 3 years I have bought a washer and dryer, refrigerator, and a stove. They're all are great appliances and I will definitely go back to them for my future purchases!!

My property manager bought a dishwasher from this company; the very first time it was hooked up in my house it gives an error code. While its possible to use a reset code to stop the error code the code comes back after each use of the DW and it is clearly malfunctioning. My property manager has been trying to get them to come and fix it for over a month and he directed me to call and finalize a time for them to come and fix it. They said they would call me back and set up a time to repair or replace it that day or the next. That was over two weeks ago and they still haven't come or called me back. It is now a month and a half and counting since they were informed of the problem. by my manager and two weeks by me personally. Folks do not use this company; you don't save money if what they deliver doesn't actually work.

Buyer beware at this place. We bought the newest/nicest Washer/Dryer set they had. Everything is claimed to be checked out and without problems, and the set has a 30 day warranty. The washer leaked immediately. We called to find out what we should do and were told it wasn't their problem and that we must have dropped the washer on the ground while unloading it from our truck. After taking the machine apart, it is apparent it has leaked for quite some time. Never again.

Great appliances at super great prices. I shopped around and these guys are hands down the best deal out there.
