Dec 23, 2014 - Iam a 74 year old man. Was struggling with four 5 gallon jugs out of the trunk of my car. I waved to get some help. No response. I finally managed them to the door. Two young men were on duty. As i got in the door i said couldnt understand why one of you who were chatting with each other couldnt have helped me. One man spoke up and said we are busy and didnt have time to help you. He wouldnt let it go at that, he said hes a phone call the owner and give her your gripe. I remained silent. As he was behind the cash reigister i said i have four jugs, he said i can see that im not blind. Im 74 years old. Why he took it upon himself to disrepect me in that way i dont know. He was rude and absolutely ad no concern for water to go. I felt concerned that he would actually become physical with me. He grabbed paper and pencil and wrote down my license #. Then said.... now we will see. Perhaps his day was going bad.......but he made my day a nightmare.

I've been a regular customer since 2001. They're a full-service, bottled water store. Their water filtration system is among the best. Great tasting water makes the best start for coffee, tea, ice makers, soda, etc. I like the concept of refilling 3 or 5-gallon bottles better than throwing away a bazillion smaller bottles. It just makes good sense to me. When the water tastes THIS GOOD, you just naturally drink more of it. They are a full-fledged supplier for SodaStream. Even if you don't have the carbonation machine, try the ice tea concentrates. I'm a southern boy, and I really love the peach tea.
