An appointment was made the day before to get a contraceptive. When we arrived the place we went to the counter and the receptionist was rude and told us that we had to stand in line behind the pole. There was no line and we had to wait a bit and that would make us late for the appointment. I went to the counter and asked if we could sign in and she snapped at us stating "there are 3 other people in line before you that I need to check in and you will need to stand behind the pole until I can get to you." If she didn't want to do her job then she should not be there. Don't take it out on us and snap. We turned around and left. Never have I ever seen such a rude receptionist.
