LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE! Bethany (front office staff) is AMAZING! She knows her stuff, she always remembers everything about me. The hygienist is very well educated and keeps me and my gums in check. Dr Shin is probably the nicest man I've ever met. Too bad he's married *wink wink

My whole family comes here, there is no one I'd trust more! Fantastic from the time you walk in to the time you leave! Great down to earth team!

Dr. Shin has been my dentist for about 10 years and has performed many delicate and complex dental procedures on my teeth. Dr. Shin is always careful to explain the procedures and makes sure that I understand and am comfortable with them.



I rate Dr Shin 5 stars because he is the most caring, gentle and highly skilled dentist that I have been to in my life. I'm 60 years old and have been to a lot of dentists some of whom fall far short of the excellent treatment that I've been given by Dr. Shin.



Recently I've needed advanced dental techniques required for a dental implant and Dr. Shin was happy to provide them to me. Thanks to Dr. Shin I can look forward to enjoying many years of healthy mouth living.

My experience with Dr. Shin was the best I have had in a dental office. I had an extensive dental procedure (root canal) and Dr. Shin was very thorough in his explainations of the procedure and very caring about my comfort. The care provided was of the highest quality.



He and his staff are kind and provide the best dental care. I will refer my family to him for all their dental care. This is the office you want to visit for excellent (and kind) dental care!

As a patient at Pacific Family Dentistry i had recently gotten a bridge done that following week I had pain and came in to get it looked at. To find out there was cavity under my bridge that was just done a week ago and the tooth needed to be pulled. I feel that this was not responsible and professional as a dentist in the practice field. I paid my share of for this bridge and was very expensive and for someone to not think of how much i was paying to do this to me was not right in my opinion. I have lost faith with Dr. Shin throughout this experience, how can someone not see a cavity bad enough where the tooth was not savable and needed to be pulled instead of robbing me my money and smacking a bridge over it. Was it a scheme to get money from me i feel so, and feel that others should know before going to this dentist for work. My new dentist informed me the tooth could have been saved by getting a root canal and then the bridge could be done over that, why wasn't that done in the first place??
