Horrible Hair and Customer Service

used this salon for many years for haircust. I went in for a style recently and the stylist, Danielle, did NOTHING I asked her to. I asked for a messy bun - something that I should be able to do myself at home, and she did a sterotypical prom, wedding up do with the big teased, helmet top and curls hanging at the bottom. I stopped her halfway and told her I hated it. She left for 15 minutes to try to get help, and even the stylist she brought over agreed what she was doing did not look like the picture I brought in to show her. I ended up leaving with my hair in a low ponytail. I took it out when I got home and did it myself. She also charged me $65 for that horrible experience! Some of it she said was because the appt. went over the 1 hour! It went over by 15 minutes (and mind you most of it was her trying to get some help to fix her mistake). After trying to talk with their General Manager about my experience, it all ended with them tossing me a bottle of shampoo like that was supposed to make me feel better. I've frequented this salon for 4 years now, but after this horrible display of customer service I won't invest one more dime in them. Total disregard for the customer.
