I injured my back on the job many years ago. My injury required surgery, and a month long stay in the hospital. I recovered and returned to the work force. I hired an attorney who had a four star rating. This attorney was very active in Olympia. But when LnI terminated my time loss compesation, he refused to appeal. I fired him. I'm very angry with this firm! I have been denied at first trial because, they didn't have my records. I'm in remanded situation now, but it's been 8 years nearly and still no trial thru promised in 2010. There's a lot of complaints the firm lost cases all over the internet. I only wish I did my research, don't use this firm for ssi. I swear 5-7 attorneys quit due to over load of cases. If my trial isn't soon I'm doing attorney malpractice. If I lose my case, I will sue attorney malpractice. Does anyone want to do a class action lawsuit against this firm? I'm angry I have to live on such poverty due to their incompetence! Skip this firm go with one on BBB, do your research. One very annoyed client!!!

They have handled my case, for over 7 year's, they got my time loss benifit's restored, after being terminated. They have negotiated my right's and represented me in a proper mannor, and was recentley approved, for a life time pension. It did not cost an arm and a leg.

Him and his paralegal took my money! Watch out for this guy!

Was very understanding even when I missed my disability hearing. Karla convinced the judge to grant a continance when these judges usually dismis if dont shw up. Highly reccommendced.
