Provided by YPmobileThe best experience I've had in my 10 year involvement with Brazilian Jiu jitsu. The facility is very clean and professionally ran. Professor Proctor is a very humble instructor with a solid lineage in BJJ. His dynamic teaching methods can prove beneficial to even season veterans of the art. The academy fosters a family friendly environment for both children and adults. The more experience practioners are always willing to help improve your game. Prices are very reasonable. Look no further, this is the best Brazilian Jiu-jitsu academy in the state of Washington.
