Daniel is an EXCELLENT instructor. He makes you feel very comfortable with forms and technique. This is not the martial arts I thought it was, no excessive push up's and yelling. Daniel is all about working with physical and emotional limitations, modifying everything so you can do it and is very aware of protecting your body from injury. I have a back and knee injury and Daniel made everything work for me. I didn't have to fit the mold, he made it fit me. I felt welcomed, educated and very comfortable. If you are looking for family centered martial arts, THIS IS IT! I have visited other places and this is hands down the BEST!
