Big John's was amazing. My mom had to get her lift gate repaired. Nissan couldn't fix it, they told her to go to body shop. Body shop couldn't fix it and they referred her to Big Johns. They worked so hard on getting it repaired. They didn't charge her for the time they put into fixing it that's for sure. Thank you Big John's for treating my mom with respect.

John, Rhonda and Rick are great down to earth people, they tell you the truth about what is going on with your vehicle and do everything to keep the cost within your budget as much as possible, without sacraficing the quality of work. We have taken in two of our vehicles and had some rather extensive work done. So nice my car is 8 years old runs like a new car, and my daughter's car has a VW had to practically remove the entire engine to get to her mess......Rick took a look knew they would have a challenge assessed issues immediately called us and gave us esitmated damages. They are so reliable and trustworthy ......they are extremely knowledgeable too. The only mistake you could make is to go somewhere else.....thank you all so much...we are telling everyone we know!!
