Just don’t bother. I’ve given them multiple tries and I’m disappointed every time. Just go on amazon and research everything yourself. They aren’t knowledgeable and their return policy isn’t customer focused.

Thay have good prices, but it can be really hard to get help from the employees

i just spent just over 45 minutes in this tacoma, wa store. in those 45 minutes i was trying to purchase the samsung 42" tv for $649.00, four sales associates walked by me and said nothing...i went to the checkout counter over in tv section and told the sales associate standing there i would like to purchase a tv but he was helping someone else and said he would help me in a "minute"; in the meantime he asked two other people if they could help me and they declined. i continued standing in the tv section, out in the open, i wasn't trying to hide, i was directly behind where the "minute man" was standing, he proceeded to help five other customers before finally acknowledging me and coming to help me. after these 45 minutes i finally found out they didn't even have the damn tv in stock!!! is it because i am a woman and we are not typically big tv consumers, so they just neglect to help us? in the last 6months i have purchased two laptops, nintendo ds, and gps system from them. i used to be an avid best buy supporter until now! i will be sure to spread the word on your crap service!

Bought a cell phone from this location and was completely satisfied. The young sales person went above and beyond answering my questions and directing me to the right purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Cellular Service. No mail in rebates either!

I am a member of their rewards club and the deals can be good from here but don't expect the employees to treat you so well unless you are spending a lot.

The Best Buy store has a great selection of DVDs and the staff in the vicinity of the DVDs seems to be eager to help you find what you're looking for. They'll go to a website to help search. One thing I like is that they'll match competitors prices on the titles and you don't need to bring in an advertisement. They will call the competitor to verify your claim. The only disappointment I've had is some of the check-out clerks will "forget" to match the prices or give you the advertised special price. Then you have to go stand in line at customer service. The sales people in the TV department are terrible. One couldn't find the blue ray display even though she was standing right in front of it.

I am not impressed with this store. It takes forever to get anyone to help you. The prices seemed to be average at best. We ended up going to lowes for our appliances the service was much better as well as the prices and selection.

It's good to see a well managed business. Person at the front door directing me where I need to go and quick assistance once I got there. Shopped online and picked up item free of shipping at the store. I recommend anyone to do comparison shopping as best buy will meet or beat the price.

We have been in this store about six times in the last few months, including buying two brand new PC setups and have gotten good deals on great products but every time have had to wait for an exhorbant amount of time while the clerk working with us helps someone else. You are not allowed to round up the package you are buying by yourself. This last time we were in we were on a time constraint so this was extrememly inconvenient. ###They have a lot of really good movies at great prices. Watch thier Sunday ads.
