Purchased an "Xtreme 12V XTAX--BS" motorcycle battery from them in July of 09, had to replace it under warranty a month later, and now April of 2011 its dead again. I checked with them to ensure I had taken the proper care of the battery like promptly hooking it up to a float charger when not in use and made sure the battery had sufficient voltage before doing so. Now I need another $80 battery? I know where NOT to go and what brand NOT to buy. Wouldn't be a very big deal but I need to remove the entire top half of my Ninja to get to it including the gas tank. The battery says it all on the label.....BS.
